THE APARTMENT

Located amid a row of attractive whitewashed properties with impressive entrances, this ground floor apartment is elegantly presented throughout. There's simplicity to the style of each of the rooms, with ambient lighting, rugs, and prints on the wall all combining to deliver a homely place to stay that is sure to have you feeling relaxed and at home within moments of your arrival.

THE LIVING ROOM

Upon entering the apartment, immediately to your right is the living room, a picture of elegance with a large window dominating the far wall, and a decorative fireplace with a mirror above the mantelpiece lending the space a cosy and welcoming feel.

Seating is provided by a pair of sofas with cushions aplenty that you can arrange for your comfort. Both sofas offer views of the apartment's television, and give you space to relax with the newspapers or a book.

A writing desk in the room provides anyone with work to do the ideal place to sit and concentrate, with plenty of room for a laptop and papers. The entire apartment is served by fast wifi, enabling you to keep in contact with your clients and colleagues as well as friends and family back home while you are staying here.

THE KITCHEN

This is situated next to the living room and directly opposite the entrance to the apartment, so if you are bringing home bags of groceries, it's just a few steps to the cupboards and fridge freezer in the modern kitchen.

It's a delightful space that benefits from a large window by the kitchen sink and high quality units, countertops and appliances. You will find all the essentials here, including a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, stovetop and regular oven, with all plates, utensils and cookware provided.

The kitchen is large enough to have space for a dining table at which you can all sit to enjoy your meals or just to watch the chef in your group prepare plates of deliciousness. After enjoying your food, those plates can be loaded into the dishwasher, giving you all time to enjoy more leisurely pursuits during your stay.

THE FIRST BATHROOM

Occupying the space in the centre of the apartment is the first bathroom, or more accurately, the shower room. In keeping with the décor of the rest of the apartment, there's a simple elegance to the presentation in here, with a large walk-in shower the showpiece of the white suite which also features a WC and wash basin. Quality toiletries will be provided by your hosts, along with soft, fluffy towels, and there's a large mirror over the sink you can use to add the finishing touches to your morning preparations.

THE SINGLE BEDROOM

Adjacent to the shower room is the first of the two bedrooms. This cosy and comfortable space features a single bed with trundle, so you can use the bed to sleep one guest or double the capacity by pulling out the additional bed. Either way, a comfortable night's sleep is assured thanks to the quality of the mattresses and bedding. Another desk and chair in here provide additional workspace should you be visiting London on business.

THE ENSUITE BEDROOM

The room farthest from the entrance to the apartment is the main bedroom, a space brimming with homely features and sophistication that's sure to be a joyous room in which to relax and recharge. Pride of place is the kingsize bed flanked by tables with lamps and with a dressing table at its end. Integrated wardrobes provide the storage space for your clothing and luggage, while the ensuite bathroom features a tub with overhead shower, with a WC to one side and a wash basin on the other. There's a wealth of space in here in which to store your toiletries, so you can bring all your favourite gels and lotions and freshen up in the manner you are used to back home.

GETTING AROUND

Stay here, and you will have a wealth of transport opportunities available to you.

Pimlico London Underground station is just 0.3miles from the apartment and is served by Victoria Line trains that will take you straight into central London. In the other direction, it's just one stop to Vauxhall station from where you can walk to The Oval for the cricket.

At the end of the road is Victoria Coach station from where you can catch services that will take you by road to many destinations across the UK, including Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester and Glasgow.

Slightly further away is the major transport hub at Victoria station from where you can access the London Underground, London bus services and railway links to destinations across southern England including locations in Kent, Surrey and along the south coast. Gatwick Airport and Brighton are two of the most popular places that can be reached from here.
