THE HOUSE
Set over three levels, this house in a prime central location offers up to 4 guests London luxury of the highest quality. Dating from the Nineteenth Century the Terrace contains London's listed buildings and is on the Estate of the Duke of Westminster.
Enter this Belgravia home-from-home through your own front door from a delightful small side street and get ready to discover beautifully presented and tastefully furnished spaces everywhere. Throughout the property there are unusual items collected by the owner in exotic locations, rugs, ornaments, ornate mirrors, the decorative items provide a unique and welcoming environment.
THE UPPER GROUND FLOOR
Having entered through your private front door, the first door on your right in the hallway leads into the elegant front of house with a double room providing central table and dining chairs - such a great space for an intimate sit down meal perhaps to celebrate the special occasion that's brought you to London in the first place. There's a writing desk in here too, making it the ideal location for anyone with work to do during your stay.
Connected to the dining room is the living area overlooking the rear garden and featuring a sofa and armchairs arranged around a decorative fireplace. Rest your feet on the footstool, perhaps after you've browsed the bookshelves and found your ideal read for a quiet afternoon in. There's also a flatscreen television in here, should you have time to watch or wish to arrange a film night.
As you ascend the stairs to the First Floor, the half landing provides a useful convenience with WC and washbasin, overlooking the garden.
THE FIRST FLOOR: master bedroom and bathroom
Here is the main bedroom, with kingsized bed. The tastefully decorated room has plenty of storage, hanging and shelf space for your belongings and another flatscreen television.
The adjacent bathroom is a real treat with a free standing tub and a walk-in glass fronted shower giving you a choice of luxurious ways to get ready for days or evenings out and extensive garden views. Quality towels and toiletries will be provided in both of the home's bathrooms.
THE LOWER GROUND FLOOR
The kitchen looking onto the garden, features bright white cabinets and worktops where you can store and prepare your favourite food and drink and show off your culinary skills. There's a table for dining and you'll find all the appliances you'll need including a range style oven and stovetop, plus a large fridge freezer.
At the front of the house, is Bedroom 2, also with a kingsized double bed and en suite shower room. The large window has a safety grill enabling you to open every morning and let the natural light flood in. The bedroom also has flat screen television to ensure you can really feel at home, and there's the added luxury of an ensuite shower room with wash basin and WC.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Another major benefit of staying in this house is the private garden. It's a real rarity to find properties with so much outside space in central London. The inviting and relaxing patio and garden are accessed from mid-level en route to the lower ground floor, and feature seating and a table where you can sip morning tea or coffee before you head out for the day, read the paper and plan your day, or perhaps enjoy evening drinks at the end of the day.
THE LOCAL AREA
Stay here and you'll find yourself in one of London's most desirable residential areas - Belgravia.
Chelsea and Sloane Square are both close by, and it's just 1 mile to Harrods and a fraction over a mile to Buckingham Palace. Nearby Elizabeth Street has designer shops, and there's a Saturday Farmers' Market at the end of the street.
If you're into galleries and museums, you're in for a treat, with the Saatchi Gallery just half a mile away, a short stroll takes you to the famous Kings Road, while London's Museum zone featuring the V&A, Science and Natural History Museums is just 1.2 miles from your front door.
In fact, so many of London's major attractions are within easy reach, whether you choose to walk, cycle or use public transport, Hyde Park and Trafalgar Square are just under 2 miles from the property.
GETTING AROUND
This house is not only beautifully presented, it's also conveniently located to make accessing London's transport network really easy. The Underground Metro, taxi ranks and bus stops are a 3 minute walk away in Sloane Square picking up passengers and whisking them all over the capital. You'll see plenty of black cabs plying their trade on the streets around the house too.
It's just a half mile to one of London's biggest transport hubs, Victoria Station, where you'll find direct services to many locations across Southern England including Gatwick Airport and Brighton. There's also a bus, coach and underground station. A seven minute walk takes you to the green spaces of either Hyde Park with its famous lake and exercise area for the Household Cavalry or Buckingham Palace and St James's Park
