THE APARTMENT

This most attractive of apartments is located on the first floor of a purpose built apartment block that's literally a few steps from the world famous King's Road in Chelsea.

It's a cosmopolitan and vibrant area of South West London which could soon be your new home, a great place to base yourself if you're visiting the capital as a couple for a weekend break (or longer), or if you're working in London and seeking luxury accommodation for one or two guests.

Either way, when you enter Paultons House, you can choose to take the carpeted stairs or the lift up to the apartment, where you'll step inside an immaculate home-from-home.

Discover wooden flooring, high quality décor and all the creature comforts you'd expect from a modern home, all in a location that overlooks a square of beautiful gardens. You'll soon see why this is such a popular area of London - it's close to top quality shops and restaurants, as well as the River Thames, and there are plenty of transport links that can whisk you all over this great city.

LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA / HOME OFFICE

The main room in the apartment serves multiple purposes. It's your luxury living room with a two seater sofa and an armchair, giving you somewhere to kick back after a day out, perhaps to watch the television that's neatly mounted in a wall unit that also has room for any books you may bring with you.

It's also your dining area, with a circular wooden table and four contoured chairs, giving you space to enjoy the daily meals you prepare in your apartment, or any meals you may wish to order in.

And the room can also be your home office, with a dedicated workstation featuring an office chair and desk upon which you can write, design, code, contact clients, or keep in touch with friends and family back home.

THE KITCHEN

From your lunches to your laundry, morning coffee to afternoon teas, sneaky snacks to formal sit down meals, you can do it all in the apartment's galley style kitchen.

Raise the blind to welcome a new day that will begin in this relaxing space dominated by a kingsize bed with a mattress, pillows and bedding that combine to ensure total relaxation. At the foot of the bed, a dressing table with mirror and storage space for whatever you need to get ready and look your best.

Be sure to unpack and make yourselves at home when you arrive. Your clothes and bags can be stored out of sight in the room's integral wardrobes.

THE LOCAL AREA

Exit the front door of Paultons House and after a few steps you'll be on the world-famous Kings Road, South West London's legendary location that's rich with a variety of bars, boutiques and eateries.

There's plenty to explore in both directions, so we'll leave you to decide where you go first. But know that there's plenty for you to discover and enjoy on your doorstep and slightly further afield, including:

Whether you've got tickets for a match, are attending a corporate event, or planning a visit to the club shop or Chelsea FC museum, the ground is walkable from the apartment, or your can hail a cab or catch a bus.

The Chelsea Flower Show in the grounds of the Royal Hospital (1.2m)

Be sure to reserve this apartment well in advance if you want to stay here for the annual festival of flowers and gardening that takes place every spring just over a mile away.

Fulham Broadway (1.2m)

If you fancy a change from the King's Road, try Fulham Broadway, home of supermarkets and coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and another cinema.

There's so much you can reach on foot from the apartment that you may never need to use any kind of transport while staying here.

But if you are planning to explore further afield, or you're working in a different area of London, there are three London Underground stations all a mile or less away:

South Kensington (0.8 miles)

Gloucester Road (0.9m)

Sloane Square (1.0m)

Between them, these stations give you access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines.

Slightly further away is Earl's Court (1.3m) and West Brompton (1.3m) which also features a London Overground stop.

You can also catch buses and taxis from the King's Road. And why not head south one day for a walk by the River Thames, and maybe even cross Battersea Bridge to Battersea Park on the south side?
