THE APARTMENT
Take a few steps down from street level in West London, and you're into this luxury 1 bedroom apartment that features all the comforts of home.
THE LIVING AREA
Let's begin our tour in the elegant living room. Feel your feet sink into the lush carpet as you explore a space with a decorative fireplace and a quality suite formed of a sofa and two armchairs that are neatly arranged around a coffee table. Here's where you can relax with newspapers, novels and your tablets and phones. Somewhere you can hatch plans for where you'll visit tomorrow. And a space in which you can relax and watch the television that has a home in its very own cabinet.
Over by the window there's a desk and chair with plenty of space to get your laptop and paperwork out if you have work to do during your stay. As you would expect, the property is served by fast wifi.
THE KITCHEN
When it's time to eat, you'll be drawn into the apartment's kitchen, where you'll find all the cookware, appliances and countertop space you need to create your favourite snacks and meals, and maybe experiment with new dishes you've not tried before. Be sure to stock up the cupboards and fridge freezer when you arrive at one of the supermarkets nearby, and be sure also to make the most of the tea and coffee making facilities that are here for you. There's also a washer and dryer to handle all your laundry needs during your stay.
THE BATHROOM
Freshly upgraded, this space has a shower you can step into every morning and feel the water refresh and revitalise you, getting you ready for a new day in London. The shower is joined by a WC and wash basin, and there's plenty of storage space for any toiletries you bring.
THE BEDROOM
And finally to the room in which every day of your visit will end in style and relaxation. The bedroom is home to a kingsize bed, formed of a comfortable mattress and quality bedding. Bedside tables and a decorative fireplace add to the snug factor in here, while mirrored wardrobes give you space in which to store all your clothing, and scope to perfect your look before you head out for the day or evening.
THE LOCAL AREA
The apartment is located on the lower ground floor of an elegant building in West London, with black railings and white pillars adding to the grandeur of the development.
Whether you're visiting London on business or for pleasure, you'll find it's easy to connect with the capital's extensive transport network from here, and to reach some of London's most popular attractions. Here's just a small selection:
Fulham Road Picturehouse
You have a cinema 0.2 miles from your front door, great for nights in front of the big screen watching the latest film releases.
The King's Road is also under a mile away, and remains one of London's most famous addresses, brimming with boutiques and eateries you'll want to explore.
More shops, restaurants and another cinema are to be found at Fulham Broadway, just 1.1 miles from the apartment.
And if you've tickets for a Chelsea football match, or you're attending a corporate event at Stamford Bridge, it's under a mile to the stadium from the apartment.
The same can be said for London's museum district, where the Natural History, Science, and Victoria and Albert Museums are all located close to each other, just 0.8 miles from your front door.
You might also like to know that the Royal Marsden and Royal Brompton Hospitals are 0.6 and 0.8 miles from the apartment, respectively, making this the ideal place to stay if you are visiting or working in these healthcare centres.
GETTING AROUND
You've several choices when it comes to deciding how you'll see London. Walking is an option as there is plenty to see and do close by. You can also catch bus services, hire taxis and Ubers, and even a bicycle for the day.
If you're planning to venture further afield, there are three London Underground stations all within a mile of the apartment. Gloucester Road just about edges it as the nearest (0.5m) with South Kensington (0.6m) a close second, and Earl's Court (0.9m) a not too distant third.
All three stations are on the Piccadilly and District lines, which means direct access to areas of London including Heathrow Airport, Hammersmith, Wimbledon, Knightsbridge (for Harrods), Leicester Square, Covent Garden and King's Cross St Pancras (for Eurostar services). South Ken and Gloucester Road are also on the Circle Line, which can take you to Notting Hill, Paddington, and into the City of London.
