Looking for a house in central London with the wow factor, both in terms of its location and the level of presentation? Welcome to this two terrace, three bedroom, four floor gem of a house located in a gated community just off the King's Road. It's the ultimate place to call home in a highly desirable location for a trio of couples or group of friends who appreciate the finer things in life. If you want where you stay in London to be as memorable as what you do and see while you're in London, this is the place to book. There's much to see, so let's take a look around:
THE GROUND FLOOR
Your first taste of this impressive house will be its attractive hallway, at the far end of which a door leads into the dining room and kitchen. If you're planning a celebratory meal during your stay, this is where that can happen. A small, wall-mounted television here will ensure that mealtimes don't mean missing out on what's on times! The adjacent kitchen is filled with quality appliances that will make preparing a meal or snack a real pleasure. And you won't have far to carry the plates to the table. Through the double doors at the back takes you into the first of the home's two terraces. Maybe you can lunch out here or just sit, relax and unwind. It's up to you. Before we head upstairs, it's worth mentioning there's a cloakroom on this floor by the front door with a WC and wash basin.
THE FIRST FLOOR
Your beautiful living room awaits here. It's traditionally furnished with sofas arranged around a decorative fireplace, with a wall-mounted television to keep you all entertained on those occasions you're not exploring or working in London.
The first of this property's three glorious bedrooms is on this floor and features a wall-mounted TV as well as an ensuite with bath tub, overhead shower, WC and wash basin. As with all the bathrooms in the house, quality towels will be provided by the A Place Like Home team.
THE SECOND FLOOR
Up we go to the floor that plays host to the remaining two bedrooms, both as elegant and inviting as the first on the floor below. And like that bedroom, each has an ensuite bathroom, one with a bath tub, the other with a shower. They both have plenty of storage space too in the form of integral closets, so you have options when it comes to hanging up your clothes and storing your bags and other belongings.
THE THIRD FLOOR
Last, but not least, and perhaps the crowning glory of this epic house is its roof terrace. What a space this is to relax and enjoy the views over the rooftops of London. You might choose to do so with a glass of something bubbly to hand, or just as a great way to start and end each day of your stay in this wonderful house.
LAUNDRY
A separate laundry room ensures you can wash and dry your clothing during your stay with ease.
THE LOCAL AREA
Stay right in the heart of London, just off the King's Road in this gated development set back from the main road.
Shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, are all just seconds away, and there's a large Marks and Spencer supermarket only a 3 minute walk from your front door, so stocking up the cabinets, fridge and freezer in the home's gloriously modern kitchen is easy. It's also easy to reach the following London attractions from here:
Fulham Broadway - more restaurants and bars, plus a cinema are here.
Stamford Bridge Football Ground - the home of Chelsea FC
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital - stay in this house if you want to be near someone having treatment at the hospital.
GETTING AROUND
Chelsea just so happens to be a very well-connected part of London. You'll have plenty of bus services to choose from as many different ones stop on the King's Road. And Sloane Square London Underground station is only a 7-minute walk from the house. It's served by District and Circle Line services that can whisk you around central London and out to places such as Richmond and Southfields (for tennis at Wimbledon). There are plenty of tube trains that can get you into The City of London and Canary Wharf beyond, handy if you are staying in London on business.
