COVID-19 Information
A Message
Firstly, and most importantly, we would like to extend our best wishes to all of you in these very unusual days. These are unprecedented times and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to term the first half of 2020 as the most challenging APLH has faced in its 30 year history. We are incredibly of proud of our industry’s response to the pandemic and especially proud to have been part of the STAA/NHS Homes scheme offering free accommodation to frontline workers and NHS staff. We thank our hosts for their open-mindedness and generosity.
With London and the short term rental market reopening we have made the decision to adapt our cancellation policy on a temporary basis and update our cleaning protocols. We hope the enhanced cleaning procedures will help both our hosts and guests feel safe in the knowledge that our team are making their safety and wellbeing our No.1 priority.
We look forward to seeing you back in London in the not so distant future!
Stay safe and take care,
Ben Burgess
Managing Director
